AIDA faced the challenge of providing real-time data from various booking systems in order to meet the ever-increasing demands of the online booking market. The existing interfaces of the TTG (Travel Technology Group) proved unsuitable for operating an effective online booking platform, both in terms of functionality and response speed. This led to frustration among AIDA's customers and missed booking opportunities due to outdated or inaccurate information. This fact, combined with growing competition, made it essential to find a solution in the form of a modern Internet Booking Engine (IBE) that would enable fast and reliable delivery of booking data.
